We celebrated our first holiday in South Carolina today!  We definitely missed our families, but were thankful for the phone calls.  Since Susan is VERY pregnant, we decided to go with the store-bought-and-prepared Thanksgiving feast this year.  You never know how those things are going to turn out.  Well I would definitely recommend them!  That was one of the best turkeys we've had!  Yumm!  Susan still made the traditional pumpkin and pecan pies, and one of our wonderful neighbors brought over a delicious potato casserole for us.  We shared a delicious meal as we remembered all we have to be so thankful for.
